New Zealand and Thai Staff who are all fully trained and qualified to our New Zealand and Thai standards in Massage techniques; aromatherapy; facials and body treatments using the “Alite” and “Pacifica” Spa products; hydrotherapy in our mineral pools and hosting of guests to ensure they receive a warm, quality spa experience that truly reflects the unique New Zealand/Thailand relationship between the two cultures.

Miss Nareerat Tangthansup BA. Spa Manager of New Zealand Wai Ora Spa extends a warm welcome to clients and visitors to the spa in Bangkok. Miss Nareerat is Thai. Her language abilities and work experience along with Nareerat has had extensive service industry experience having worked previously for Japan Airlines as a Senior Supervisor - Cabin Crew member and Instructor. She is fluent in English Japanese ( which she teaches )Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Taejue as well those of the company Directors and spa staff assure all visitors a warm welcome to a unique spa experience which promotes the spa traditions of New Zealand and Thailand.
